I come to your house and teach you to use your computer to do the things you want to do!
You drive the computer, I sit next to you and guide. If something technical gets ugly, I can take over and get us through the roadblock, but normally YOU do the driving!
I’m told I’m super nice and am way easier to work with and far more understanding and patient than your kids. ;-)
